We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Strategic Account Director to join our team at ADP. About the Role:
  • Lead and manage a team of Account Directors and Account Managers to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute client relationship and engagement strategies to drive retention, revenue growth, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client contacts, including C-level executives and other key decision-makers.
  • Identify and mitigate potential client revenue loss risk, and develop and implement strategies to prevent revenue loss.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of client engagement strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs, preferences, and pain points to inform client engagement strategies.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to ensure their growth and success.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in professional services, BPO, or employment agencies.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior client contacts.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels, including C-level and executive level.
  • First-class verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a multi-functional team.
  • Financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent time management and flexibility, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
