Job Title: Partner Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Partner Account Manager to join our team at IFS. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our strategic partners to drive mutual success.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of our products and the needs of our partners, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute partner account plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as their main point of contact within the organization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand partner relationships and drive incremental revenue.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on partner performance and opportunities to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in partner or channel management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and credibility with partners at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker.
  • Ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
