Job Title: Senior Strategic Account Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Strategic Account Director to join our team at ADP. As a key member of our Account Management function, you will be responsible for leading our client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client relationships and develop strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Manage and oversee a broad, high-value client base to deliver against Account Management focus areas and metrics
  • Provide senior-level client engagement and build strong relationships with our senior client contacts
  • Develop and execute client relationship and engagement strategies to drive retention and revenue growth
  • Manage and motivate a team of Account Directors and Account Managers to deliver exceptional client experiences
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in professional services, BPO, or employment agencies
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the confidence to deliver at CxO and Excom level
  • Networking and relationship building, internal to ADP and with clients
  • Influencing and negotiation at all levels to CxO and Excom
  • First-class verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a multi-functional team
