Senior Strategic Account Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Strategic Account Director to join our team at ADP. As a key member of our Account Management function, you will be responsible for leading our client relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead client relationships and develop strategic plans to drive business growth
- Manage and oversee a broad, high-value client base to deliver against Account Management focus areas and metrics
- Provide senior-level client engagement and build strong relationships with our senior client contacts
- Develop and execute client relationship and engagement strategies to drive retention and revenue growth
- Manage and motivate a team of Account Directors and Account Managers to deliver exceptional client experiences
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in professional services, BPO, or employment agencies
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the confidence to deliver at CxO and Excom level
- Networking and relationship building, internal to ADP and with clients
- Influencing and negotiation at all levels to CxO and Excom
- First-class verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a multi-functional team
