- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in professional services, BPO, or employment agencies.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver at CxO and Excom level.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
- Influencing and negotiation skills at all levels, including CxO and Excom.
- First-class verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a multi-functional team.
- Financial and commercial acumen.
