Job Title: Senior Strategic Account Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Strategic Account Director to join our team at ADP. As a key member of our Account Management function, you will be responsible for leading our most strategic client relationships and driving business growth through exceptional client engagement and relationship management.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage a team of Account Directors and Account Managers to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute client relationship and engagement strategies to drive retention, revenue growth, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client contacts, including C-level executives, to drive business outcomes and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential client revenue loss risk and ensure effective decision-making.
  • Develop and execute client account plans and engagement models to drive business growth and retention.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to ensure solid succession plans and future-proof the department.
About You:
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in professional services, BPO, or employment agencies with a solid track record of success.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the confidence to deliver at CxO and Excom level.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally with clients.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills at all levels, including CxO and Excom.
  • First-class verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a multi-functional team.
