We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Strategic Account Director to join our team at ADP. As a key member of our Account Management function, you will be responsible for leading our client relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide senior-level client engagement and relationship management
- Lead teams to improve client experience and deliver stronger relationships between ADP and our clients
- Identify and mitigate potential client revenue loss risk
- Develop and execute client relationship and engagement strategies
- Manage and oversee a broad, high-value client base
- Support in ensuring that all aged debtor issues are brought to a conclusion
- Proactively develop the team to ensure solid succession plans
- Deliver inspirational leadership to your group
- 3+ years of experience as a leader in professional services/BPO or employment agencies
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Networking and relationship building, internal to ADP and with clients
- Influencing and negotiation at all levels
- First-class verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a multi-functional team
