Job Title: Senior Strategic Account Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Strategic Account Director to join our team at ADP. As a key member of our Account Management function, you will be responsible for leading our client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide senior-level client engagement and relationship management
  • Lead teams to improve client experience and deliver stronger relationships between ADP and our clients
  • Identify and mitigate potential client revenue loss risk
  • Own and execute the client relationship and engagement strategy for the Account Management function
  • Develop and implement client account plans and engagement models
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client contacts
  • Manage and oversee a broad, high-value client base to deliver against Account Management focus areas and metrics
  • Support in ensuring that all aged debtor issues are brought to a conclusion
  • Proactively develop the team to ensure solid succession plans and futureproof the department
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a leader in professional services/BPO or employment agencies with a solid track record
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the confidence to deliver at CxO and Excom level
  • Networking and relationship building, internal to ADP and with clients
  • Influencing and negotiation at all levels to CxO and Excom
  • First-class verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a multi-functional team
  • Teamwork and co-operation
