Guest Services Coordinator

About the Role:
Portico is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Coordinator to join our team based in the Salisbury offices of a financial services company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, conveying a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Work closely with the firm's staff and other service partners to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Manage office management duties, including reception, concierge, and client meeting rooms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Contribute to the development of our people and the assistance of our operational teams.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Experience in office management duties, preferably in a financial services company.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for service and attention to detail.
