About the Role:

Portico is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Coordinator to join our team based in the Salisbury offices of a financial services company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, conveying a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  • Work closely with the firm's staff and other service partners to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Manage office management duties, including reception, concierge, and client meeting rooms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of our people and the assistance of our operational teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Experience in office management duties, preferably in a financial services company.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for service and attention to detail.
