Office Administrator (Guest Services Host)

Portico Corporate Reception Management is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for all office management and front of house reception queries, you will work closely with our staff and service partners to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • You will provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere while maintaining security consciousness and anticipating the needs of our guests.
  • With a strong focus on attention to detail, you will be responsible for managing office duties and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and staff
  • Manage office duties, including front of house reception
  • Work closely with staff and service partners to deliver a seamless experience
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work proactively with a range of tasks
  • Experience of office management duties is highly beneficial

We are looking for a friendly and positive person with a passion for service and attention to detail. If you are a team player who is willing to go above and beyond to create exceptional experiences for our clients, we want to hear from you.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts from 8am-5pm Mon-Fri.

Salary: £25,900 (Annual)
