We have an exciting opportunity for a service Coordinator to join our team here at EVOTEC. This role is to manage and provide access to necessary supportive services in the branch. You will work with clients to provide quality service and to ensure clients get the services they need.

**Skills/ Abilities required**:

- Experience in working within a service coordinator role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive and proactive approach
- Able to prioritise tasks
- can work independently, as well as part of a team

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain regular consistent and professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and other external parties.
- Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a customer focused approach to message taking for the effective follow up by the relevant employee
- Scheduling engineers’ diaries and ensuring all work is booked in with customers
- Monitor office supplies and replenish as required to ensure appropriate levels are maintained i.e., stationery
- Provide support across the business, were needed
- Follow and comply with all policies and procedures which includes the Health and Safety procedures, ensuring personal safety and the safeguarding of the interests and safety of all staff, visitors, and contractors.
- Ensure a contribution and adherence to delivering the quality and information security policies and systems across the business.
- Raise jobs to engineers
- Generating purchase orders and contracts.
- Assisting in office procedures and functions
- Updating the system with job progression and completion data for jobs
- Check job cards and ensure they are accurate
- Liaise with clients to confirm scheduled appointments
- Check stock levels
- Generating client invoices.
- Raising quotation requests
- Send invoices out to clients for approved jobs
- Chase outstanding invoices
- Supporting the operations manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

The office working hours are between 8:30-17:00

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

If you are successful at the interview, you must be able to provide:

- A five-year background history for security clearance
- ID documents for PNC & Enhanced DBS checks
- Ability to commute/relocate: Salisbury, Wiltshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
