About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to provide exceptional service and sales support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying business opportunities, and providing high-level technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their needs and queries.
  • Sales Support: Provide sales support to our Client Directors and their clients, identifying business opportunities and developing strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Technical Support: Offer high-level technical support to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the current investment market and economic issues.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and follow up on leads and sales opportunities, working closely with our sales team to maximize revenue.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting packs and materials for client meetings and new business pitches, ensuring that all necessary information is presented in a clear and concise manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to ensure that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree qualified (preferably 2.1) or equivalent, with a strong academic background in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in the investment management industry, with a strong track record of providing exceptional client service and sales support.
  • Skills: Strong workflow management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge: Strong overall investment knowledge, including an understanding of different investment vehicle options, institutional client experience, and a deep understanding of the current investment market and economic issues.
