Are you an experienced Facilities Operations Manager with a proven track record in overseeing the maintenance of commercial and industrial properties? Our client, a leading property management firm, is seeking a dedicated professional to lead a team of three, primarily based at their head office with travel required to various sites throughout the week.

Compensation and Benefits:
You will receive a competitive salary of up to GBP38,000, a company vehicle, and 21 days of annual leave.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Facilities Operations Manager, your role will encompass the following:

  • Plan, oversee, and execute all necessary labor projects in alignment with the company's property management objectives.
  • Supervise and coordinate all labor related to ongoing, scheduled, and planned maintenance projects.
  • Take ownership of project timelines and deliverables as established by the management team.
  • Lead and manage a team of three skilled engineers.

Qualifications and Skills:
