The Oldham Council is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our school facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the school premises are clean, safe, and secure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the school premises.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the school facilities are in good working order.
- Supervise and manage a small team of cleaning staff and external contractors.
- Monitor and maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Manage and maintain inventory and supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources.
