Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as the Head of Property Care at First Choice Homes Oldham. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational performance of our property maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Direction: Develop and execute a comprehensive property maintenance strategy that aligns with our corporate goals and objectives.
  • Service Growth: Expand our property maintenance services to become the preferred partner for First Choice Homes Oldham, delivering exceptional value to our customers.
  • Performance Management: Optimize resources and productivity to achieve outstanding operational and financial performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure seamless compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements, upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Financial Oversight: Oversee the financial performance of our property maintenance services, including budget management and effective financial forecasting.
  • Staff Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, empowering our team to excel in their roles and drive business growth.
  • Supply Chain Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, ensuring best-in-class performance in terms of cost, quality, and service delivery.
  • Fleet and Facilities Management: Oversee the management of our fleet and facilities, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance.
  • Sustainability Strategy: Lead the implementation and delivery of our sustainability strategy for property care, driving environmental responsibility and social impact.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand our property care services, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain policies and procedures that support our property maintenance services, ensuring seamless operations and compliance.
