As a Service Manager at Johnson Controls International, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our successful IREF service business. This includes coaching and mentoring IREF technicians who handle service work for our customers in the local areas.

You will be empowered to make decisions and effectively manage key accounts while dealing with an element of ambiguity. Your excellent planning, organisation, and sales skills will be essential in leading multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Accountabilities

  • Map the customer network and understand the full organisation
  • Define a tailored account plan to ensure our customers understand the true value of our integrated solutions
  • Lead and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage budgets and drive operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Proven experience in industrial refrigeration, including experience in a leadership or managerial role
  • Technical background and knowledge of Industrial Refrigeration Systems in both industrial and commercial environments
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage, influence, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
