About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Service Operations Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our Building Technologies & Solutions business, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our successful Industrial Refrigeration service business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of a team of skilled technicians to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of integrated solutions to our customers.
  • Lead and develop relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and defining tailored account plans.
  • Map customer networks, understand full organisations, and develop proactive plans to ensure customers understand the value of our integrated solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in industrial refrigeration, including experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Technical background and knowledge of Industrial Refrigeration Systems in both industrial and commercial environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage, influence, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and drive operational efficiency.
