About the Role
Aramark UK is seeking an experienced and dedicated Catering Manager to join our team. This is a permanent and full-time opportunity that will be based on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of a new food program and ensure its successful execution.
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure accurate stock levels and effective inventory management.
- Implement and maintain excellent guest communication tools to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure that revenue and profit targets are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with suppliers to obtain the highest financial return.
- Coordinate daily operations and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Experience as a Catering Manager in a contract catering environment.
- Proven track record in high-volume commercial operations and delivering budgeted profit levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work independently.
