About the Role

Aramark UK is seeking an experienced and dedicated Catering Manager to join our team based in Sunbury, Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals in a contract catering environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple outlets across 3 business units, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure effective inventory management and stock control.
  • Implement and maintain efficient waste management processes and review production regularly.
  • Champion excellent guest experiences, ensuring effective communication and implementation of guest communication tools.
  • Ensure RRP is maintained and tariff meets client/company requirements.
  • Implement schemes, including new products, planograms, procedures, and menu specifications, adhering to Aramark guidelines and brand standards.
  • Develop and maintain good commercial relationships with suppliers, ensuring receipt of service and quality levels required.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Catering/Front of House Manager in a contract catering environment.
  • Proven track record in high-volume commercial operations and delivering budgeted profit levels.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with flexibility to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team, with man management of teams of staff.
