Join Our Team as a Vending Operative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Vending Operative. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our vending machines, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in all aspects of your work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all vending machines are filled and cleaned to the required levels, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Perform daily tasks on all vending machines, following company procedures and client-specific Service Level Agreements.
  • Rotate stock in vending areas, on your trolley, and in the vending room, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Communicate with customers to enhance our high-quality customer service, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Perform other duties and manage projects as required, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a similar contract catering or retail coffee shop environment is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Vending experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and able to work under pressure, with strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  • A DBS check is required for this role.
What We Offer:
  • Hourly rate of £12.
  • Full-time position, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with shifts varying from 0700-1630.
