Service Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Service Manager to lead our Industrial Refrigeration (IREF) service business. As a key member of our Building Technologies & Solutions team, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our successful IREF service business, including coaching and mentoring IREF technicians who handle service work for our customers in local areas.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of skilled technicians to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.
- Map customer networks, understand full organizations, and define tailored account plans.
- Lead and develop relationships with key accounts, ensuring they understand the value of our integrated solutions.
- Proven experience in industrial refrigeration, including leadership or managerial roles.
- Technical background and knowledge of Industrial Refrigeration Systems in industrial and commercial environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and drive operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
