Key Responsibilities:

  • Service security systems to industry standards, providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
  • Identify and rectify problems before they occur, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Work efficiently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Complete accurate engineer work reports, handover certificates, and BSIA certificates as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the fire and security industry.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Ability to lift and climb ladders.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
