Role Overview:

As a Service Delivery Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and inspected throughout the workday. You will conduct thorough inspections, identifying any pre- and post-rental damage, following Thrifty's management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver and collect vehicles from various locations
  2. Identify and record vehicle damage using appropriate documentation/systems per Thrifty's damage management procedure
  3. Perform comprehensive vehicle safety checks before delivery and at quality inspection stages
  4. Accurately and clearly complete fuel sheets
  5. Debowse vehicles as instructed, adhering to safety guidelines
  6. Clean vehicles thoroughly to meet company standards and customer requirements
  7. Undertake security checks and verify rental documentation as required
  8. Complete any necessary paperwork
  9. Comply with all Thrifty vehicle procedures
  10. Communicate accurately and appropriately, both verbally and in writing
  11. Drive carefully and considerately
  12. Dress according to company uniform standards, maintaining a clean and smart appearance
  13. Act as an ambassador of the company, promoting company interests at all times

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Holds a full manual driving license for a minimum of 12 months
  • Demonstrates careful and considerate driving behaviour, ensuring the safety of passengers, vehicles and other road users
  • Exhibits a flexible approach to working hours, rotas and locations
  • Has an eye for detail, particularly when conducting vehicle inspections and documenting any damage
  • Ensures thoroughness in vehicle safety checks, cleanliness and maintenance
  • Is customer service orientated
  • Efficiently manages time and tasks, ensuring timely delivery and collection of vehicles
  • Prioritises safety in all tasks, adhering to company procedures and guidelines
