About the Role

As a Senior HR Business Partner on our Global EMEA Team, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless HR service and insightful people strategy to our business leaders and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with local Leadership Teams and business/functional line managers to build strong, credible partnerships and establish productive business relationships.
  • Coach and support senior managers to effectively manage talent and succession planning, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge.
  • Provide support and assistance on activities related to the performance lifecycle, including appraisals, goal setting, probationary reviews, and annual salary reviews.
  • Work closely with HR Centres of Excellence and the Global HR Team to provide a seamless service and drive better-informed business decisions.
  • Act as a change agent, facilitating change and introducing improvements to current HR and business practices and procedures.
  • Champion a company culture that contributes to positive employee engagement through department and company-wide initiatives.
  • Execute ad-hoc requests and projects, such as employee engagement surveys, data reporting, exit interview analysis, and Workday projects.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in a senior HR role as an HR Business Partner.
  • Working knowledge of HR functions, applicable laws, and experience/knowledge within other European countries.
  • An understanding of the HR Centre of Excellence model and how to effectively work within it.
  • Commercial acumen and experience using Workday.
