We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our team at Thornton Legal in a full-time, permanent role. As an Office Coordinator and Legal Support Specialist, you will provide general legal secretarial support to our lawyers, manage the office environment, and perform various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our legal team, including diary management, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Manage the office environment, including reception duties, visitor management, and maintenance of office supplies.
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and training sessions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service providers and vendors.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a legal secretary or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in digital dictation and case management systems.
  • Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits.
