Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Desktop and Network Support Specialist to join our team at Brilliant Computers. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support for our clients' desktop and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other computer peripherals.
  • Provide technical support for enterprise LAN and WAN setups, including smart hands support for peripheral and networking hardware.
  • Perform basic administration of Windows O/S and MAC OS, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to end-user network cabling.
  • Utilize knowledge of computer hardware systems, chip sets, memory modules, and peripherals to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide technical support for popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems, including MS Windows, MS Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, DHCP, VPN, and others.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with clients and management.
  • Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on time, taking proactive ownership and working with a sense of urgency.
  • Bilingual (English & Local B2).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ticketing tools, such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
  • Knowledge of console cables for CISCO and Silver Peak, as well as full Internet-ready mobile devices.
  • Ability to lift/move computer equipment weighing up to 50Lbs.
