Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Brilliant Computers. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, printers, laptops, and other computer peripherals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure computer hardware and software
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with desktops, printers, laptops, and other computer peripherals
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions

Requirements

  • **Technical Requirements**
    • Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts
    • Ability to perform smart hand activities under instruction-based activities
    • Expertise in desk-side support and PC break/fix, including basic administration of Windows O/S and MAC OS
    • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP
    • Smart hand support for peripheral and networking hardware
  • **Soft Skills**
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on time
    • Proactive ownership and sense of urgency
    • Bilingual (English & Local B2)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow / Remedy etc.)
  • Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems
