Your Mission

The Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing a portfolio of e-commerce enterprises, focusing on nurturing and enhancing robust customer relationships. In this vital position, the Relationship Manager serves as Nuvei's representative to several key clients. The primary objectives include acting as a payment consultant on current, emerging, and evolving payment methods while ensuring steady and reliable revenue growth.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in relationship management or account management, ideally within enterprise software or technology-related sectors.
  • Self-driven with the ability to operate independently.
  • A genuine curiosity to learn about our industry and our clients.
  • Proficient in data analysis and capable of communicating insights to make informed product recommendations in a business context.
  • A strong desire for personal and professional growth.
  • Experience in the payments industry with Tier 1 partners, whether from another payment provider or the merchant side, is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for the businesses you manage, fostering strong, enduring customer relationships.
  • Utilize your knowledge of customers, our offerings, and the industry to proactively present recommendations that facilitate their growth.
  • Leverage transactional data to offer insights to clients on enhancing performance across all business facets.
  • Collaborate closely with our Product teams to influence new product developments based on customer feedback.
  • Identify and secure new opportunities for business expansion within your customer portfolio.
  • Act as a central point of contact for various internal functions.
  • Travel to meet clients as necessary.
