About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care team as a Customer Care Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer complaints and issues
  • Conduct thorough inspections of reported defects and provide detailed reports to the Customer Care Manager
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care Co-ordinator/Administrator to ensure all customer appointments are attended on time and materials are sourced prior to the appointment
  • Complete all required paperwork, including timesheets and invoices, for submission to the Divisional offices
  • Report any repetitive defects to the Customer Care Manager/Executive for discussion with the Commercial/Technical Director
Requirements
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction and ability to problem-solve with defects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
