About the Role:
Priory Healthcare is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Director of Facilities and Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and management of our facilities and support services, ensuring that we provide the highest quality care and services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the facilities and support services team, ensuring that we achieve our goals and objectives.
- Service Development: Develop and implement plans to improve the quality and effectiveness of our facilities and support services, ensuring that they meet the needs of our patients and stakeholders.
- Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our facilities and support services, ensuring that they are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Financial Management: Manage the budget and resources for our facilities and support services, ensuring that we achieve our financial objectives.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our facilities and support services are safe and healthy environments for our patients, staff, and visitors.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our facilities and support services comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with our patients, staff, and stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed and engaged in our facilities and support services.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in facilities and support services management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in facilities management, business administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
