About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Executive to join our team at AB Agri Ltd. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our agricultural products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Marketing Manager in the delivery of the marketing plan
  • Assist with the development of campaign collateral, including social media posts, client communications, and internal briefing documents
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity and trends
  • Sources client testimonials and obtain approval to use in campaign collateral or online
  • Develop video scripts and storyboards, working with relevant colleagues within the Services and Product Management teams
  • Organize farm visit logistics, work with farmers and product owners to obtain footage for endorsements
  • Generate, edit, and publish videos for social media channels
  • Plan and attend events
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure social media posts align with current campaigns
  • Manage and develop NMR's social media footprint, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Use social media channels to conduct market research and track engagement metrics
  • Provide regular updates on social media trends within the industry
  • Ensure company websites are up-to-date
  • Design farm walk brochures and develop staff newsletters
  • Provide analysis of marketing data to illustrate campaign performance and compile monthly marketing reports
  • Provide regular updates on web traffic using Google Analytics
  • Collect and analyze feedback following campaigns and events
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to share information on marketing campaigns with the rest of the company on the intranet portal
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials by liaising with third-party providers
Requirements
  • Understanding of marketing campaigns and principles
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office products and web-based services
  • Excellent written and numerical skills
  • Comfortable working outdoors and behind a desk
  • Familiar and confident with the use of social media platforms
  • Confident in the use of video capture and editing software
  • Knowledge of creative design software, such as InDesign and Photoshop
  • Confident in using Google Analytics
  • Good time management and communication skills
  • Skilled in adapting to changing environments
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Experience in attending events
  • Knowledge of agricultural marketing is a bonus
  • Valid driving license
