Marketing and Communications Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing and Communications Director to join our Senior Management Team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that showcases our school's excellence and achievements.

The successful candidate will possess excellent relationship-building and leadership skills, as well as creative marketing abilities and the entrepreneurial instincts to drive our school's growth and success. Experience of working within an educational environment is not essential, but you will have a proven track record within a marketing and communications related context.

As a Marketing and Communications Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a marketing and communications strategy that aligns with our school's goals and objectives
  • Leading a team of marketing and communications professionals to deliver high-quality marketing and communications campaigns
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, staff, and the wider community
  • Managing our school's brand and reputation, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communications channels
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing and communications trends and best practices
