We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Sales Director to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire new institutional clients and expand existing client relationships within the financial services sector.
  • Cultivate strong, lasting partnerships with institutional clients and key players in the investment community, gaining a deep understanding of their unique investment objectives, risk appetite, and foreign exchange requirements.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential institutional clients seeking cross-border payment solutions, FX expertise, and hedging strategies.
  • Establish credibility with clients through networking and delivering compelling presentations that showcase our comprehensive solutions for international payments and Forex needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of exceptional client service.
  • Leverage Ebury's global presence to provide world-class service to clients on an international scale.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales management within the FX or corporate financial services industry, specifically targeting institutional clients.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, numerical, and communication skills.
  • Skilled negotiator with the ability to build and maintain relationships at senior levels within organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with institutional clients and a thorough understanding of the investment fund sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of institutional FX markets, trading strategies, and risk management principles.
