Director of Institutional Sales

**Job Summary**
The Director of Institutional Sales will lead the institutional sales and investment department at PetsApp, driving growth and expansion of the sales team. Reporting into the COO, this role will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key investors, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the sales team.
- Build and maintain relationships with key investors, including institutional investors, family offices, and high net worth individuals.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to drive growth and expansion.
- Manage and develop the sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to drive sales and revenue growth.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding sales teams.
- Strong network of institutional investors, family offices, and high net worth individuals.
- Deep understanding of the Web3 and crypto market, including market dynamics and investor psychology.
- Ability to develop and execute a sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand the sales team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
