Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Institutional Sales Manager to join our international team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our Multi-Asset & Multi-Jurisdictional Liquidity Solutions, Trading Platform Solutions, and white label solutions for FX Brokers and Prop Firms.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect for new clients in the UK and internationally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Promote Alchemy Prime Limited's liquidity, trading platforms, and white label solutions.
- Attend FX and CFD industry trade shows, expos, and networking events to find new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate favorable terms with new clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, build strong client relationships, and ensure the company's long-term success in the B2B market.
- Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to inform business strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and files.
- Cross-sell related services of our sister companies within the group (EMI, technology, and Crypto).
- Perform any other related duties as requested by the Direct Supervisor or the Management.
- An existing book of business would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar B2B sales role.
- Strong FX and CFD industry knowledge.
- Fluent spoken and written English language skills.
- Other languages would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
