Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Director - Institutional Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new institutional clients and expand our existing client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
- Research and identify new institutional clients with a need for cross-border payments, FX, and FX hedging services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand our existing client base.
- Establish and Maintain Client Relationships
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and the fund ecosystem (investment managers, corporate service providers, and fund administrators).
- Understand clients' investment objectives, risk appetite, and FX requirements.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams
- Collaborate with internal teams, including FX dealing and operations, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients.

Requirements
- Proven Sales Experience
- Proven track record of sales management within FX, cross-border financial services, or corporate services selling to institutional clients in the UK.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, numerical, and verbal reasoning skills.
- Negotiation and Relationship-Building Skills
- Skilled negotiator able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
- Industry Knowledge
- Strong understanding of institutional FX markets, trading strategies, and risk management techniques.
