Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Key Accounts Director to join our team. As a Key Accounts Director, you will be responsible for building and scaling our account management team, working closely with the CEO on sales execution, and developing strategies to segment accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of accounts, building strong relationships with C-level executives and SME business owners in the financial and technology sectors.
- Develop and implement processes to segment accounts, prioritize accounts, and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the CEO to drive sales execution and achieve business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful account management.
- Several years of experience in account management with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve account management processes.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of account managers.
