About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Alternative Banking Sales Executive to join our team at Edwards & Pearce. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing high-value client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at institutional clients
  • Collaborate with senior partners and leaders to ensure successful client outcomes
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and other sales initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
