Manchester Airport PLC is seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our exclusive Aether Hospitality Team at Manchester Airport's newest private terminal.

Aether offers an unparalleled travel experience, providing guests with a curated menu designed by renowned Chef Adam Reid. As part of this elite team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences within a luxurious and contemporary setting.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and efficiency in all dishes prepared.
  • Direct and mentor Commis Chefs, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels of food and supplies, adhering to strict quality control measures.
  • Implement and uphold rigorous health and safety standards within the kitchen, ensuring a safe and hygienic working environment.
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes and Aether's operating procedures, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
  • Maintain meticulous records of stock levels, temperature checks, and other relevant documentation, adhering to company protocols.
  • Contribute to the training and development of new staff members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
Your Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end hospitality environment.
  • A strong understanding of culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and inventory management practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
