A GLIMPSE INTO THE ROLE OF A NIGHTS TEAM MEMBER AT RBH HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT

Your Responsibilities

As a Nights Team Member, reporting to the Nights Manager, your nightly duties will encompass:

  • Ensuring the Front Desk operates seamlessly overnight, crafting a 'home away from home' experience for our guests.
  • Delivering outstanding guest service while assisting the Housekeeping team in preparing guest rooms and communal areas for the following day.
  • Assisting the Nights Manager with various tasks, including conducting the Night Audit and managing Room Service.
