**Job Summary**

James Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving profit growth through effective management of new and existing customer accounts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention
  • Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, telesales, and account management
  • Process and perform all customer service tasks, including order processing and delivery
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of customers, with a focus on growing revenue and increasing customer satisfaction

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Strong customer focus, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation
  • Good administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
