About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Nilfisk Group. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our strategic customers across various segments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Pursue sales leads, visit existing customers, assess customer needs, and suggest appropriate products and services to promote sales growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Respond to customer inquiries, negotiate prices and delivery times, and build long-term relationships with customers to meet revenue targets.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Identify, research, and contact prospective customers to generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Communication and Reporting: Establish sales plans, prioritize and schedule activities, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Key Account Management: Forecast and track key account metrics, make offers, and update digital customer files.
Requirements
  • Excellent Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in English, and ability to negotiate and present effectively.
  • Time Management and Project Management: Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Driving License and Travel: Possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel.
