Main Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Pursue sales leads, visit existing customers, assess customer needs, and suggest appropriate products and services to promote sales growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Respond to customer inquiries, negotiate prices and delivery times, and build long-term relationships with customers to meet revenue targets.
- Market Research and Analysis: Identify, research, and contact prospective customers to generate future sales and repeat business.
- Communication and Reporting: Establish sales plans, prioritize and schedule activities, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Key Account Management: Forecast and track key account metrics, make offers, and update digital customer files.
- Excellent Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
