Wine Sales Opportunity with Berkmann Wine Cellars

Berkmann Wine Cellars, a leading wine importer and distributor, is seeking a skilled Wine Sales Account Manager to join our team in the South West region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with on-trade customers, promoting our premium wine portfolio, and driving sales growth.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base
  • Build strong relationships with on-trade customers, including restaurants, bars, and hotels
  • Provide expert knowledge of our wine portfolio, including product information, tasting notes, and pairing suggestions
  • Collaborate with our winery partners to stay up-to-date on new releases, trends, and industry developments
  • Conduct wine tastings and educational sessions to enhance customer knowledge and appreciation of our wines

Requirements

  • Valid UK driving license
  • WSET Level 2 certification or equivalent
  • Proven sales experience in the on-trade sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
