Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including restaurant owners, managers, and sommeliers
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and operations teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Valid UK driving license
- WSET Level 2 certification (or equivalent)
- Proven sales experience in the on-trade sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
