We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Youth Development Lead. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering life-changing programs to vulnerable young people.

About the Role

As a Youth Development Lead, you will be responsible for delivering outdoor learning programs that inspire confidence and build resilience in young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outdoor learning programs that meet the needs of vulnerable young people
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement program plans
  • Provide support and guidance to young people to help them reach their full potential
  • Contribute to the development of new program ideas and initiatives
