Job Title: Children and Youth Support Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Children and Youth Support Manager to join our team at Everton in the Community. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to children and young people aged 8-25 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted support programmes to meet the needs of high-risk and vulnerable young people.
  • Lead and develop support-based initiatives, working closely with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders to drive service improvements.
  • Ensure accountability for programme performance, budget management, and meeting reporting deadlines.
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues, participants, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the charity's Trinity Project.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the support and development of young people, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support services.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire commitment, enthusiasm, and confidence from colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, participants, and stakeholders.
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to use MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Moviemaker).
  • VRQ/NVQ Level 2 in Youth Work or other relevant qualification.
