Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive youth provision aligned with our Youth Outcomes Framework.
  • Manage and implement engaging programmes.
  • Line manage the youth work team, ensuring performance is managed effectively.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in Youth Work or be willing to work towards one. You will also need to have experience in designing and delivering youth work activities, a sound understanding of Safeguarding policies and procedures, and experience in managing staff members.

Working Arrangements: The postholder will be required to work evenings and weekends. Each successful applicant will be required to complete the following pre-employment checks prior to a start date being agreed;
