Job Summary: Youth Home Lead

**Job Purpose:**
To provide exceptional leadership and management to our youth home team at Interaction Recruitment. The successful candidate will have experience in childcare or social care and be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Deliver high-quality care to children and young people residing in our care homes.
• Supervise and support staff to ensure they deliver excellent care and maintain a safe environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve childcare practices and achieve better outcomes.

**Requirements:**
• Significant experience in childcare or social care leadership roles.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective strategies to improve childcare practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

**Salary:** £48,000 - £58,000 per annum.
