Physiotherapist - Neurology and Stroke Rehabilitation

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our Community Integrated Neurology and Stroke Service (CINSS) team. As a Physiotherapist in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our service.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver effective healthcare services to patients with neurological and stroke conditions.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and self-management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure best practice.
