Physiotherapist - Community Integrated Neurology and Stroke Service

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our Community Integrated Neurology and Stroke Service (CINSS) team. As a Band 6 Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing excellent patient care and contributing to the development of our specialist multidisciplinary team.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of patients with neurology and stroke rehabilitation needs, working autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services, including assessment, treatment, and education of patients and their families.
- Contribute to the supervision, education, and assessment of less experienced physiotherapy staff and students.
- Participate in audit and research projects to improve clinical practice and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.

Requirements
- Registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience in neurology and stroke rehabilitation, with a strong understanding of current best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
